Our 16-acre campus at 3601 S. Chicago Ave., South Milwaukee, offers a continuum of care through:

• Franciscan Villa, our 150-bed skilled nursing facility.
  
  
• Francis House, a 64-unit memory care assisted living facility.
  
  
• Franciscan Gardens, an assisted living apartment complex with 12 units dedicated to the care of the frail elderly and 36 units for residents with early memory loss.
  
  
• Franciscan Courts, a 39-united assisted living apartment complex.

Additionally, we operate a Child Day Center, which serves children of employees and the community at large.
